Here is the capstone for my finals, 1 single question on my Thermal Physics test that has caused me no end of problems. After a long struggle, I have finally prevailed (I think), and I am just glad it was a take home test so that I had the hours it took for me to figure it out available. Forgetting the little things is a pain.
Write out an expression(in terms of a summation) for the partition function, Z, of an infinite Square well E(n)=((n^20(h^2)) / (8m(a^2)). Let your unit of temperature be (h^2) / 8mk(a^2).
Stuff is a pain to write on a computer  |

wow...all ive got is my calc final and a final in Ethcial Theory. Out of both of them, i dont think im gonna have a problem iwth the Calc one, as ive done well all throughout the course, but the Ethical Theory one could pose a problem. I dont suspect it causing a problem for me though, since the Categorical Imperative isnt very hard to understand once its explained and re-read correctly. Now, Utility and Autonomy, along with Relativity/Absolutivity/Plurality is gonna be fun. *explodes* |

Physics done, quite improperly and poorly, but at least its over with, and on the bright side I only have to make above a 50 to pass the course since my other test grades are good.
Now just one left tomorrow, and only 4 pages of study guide to learn by then, smooth sailing from here  |
