... um... yeah.
My personal inclination is to tell any who are more casual about wanting to get into shape that they should think about doing something they LIKE to do as opposed to just joining a gym and lifting weights. There's nothing wrong with pumping iron (did it myself for a while) but it's an extreme lifestyle if you want to see any real results. Just find something that you love to do that has some intense physical activity (basketball, running, etc.) and get into it. It's much more fun that way.

I've found that you never find a boyfriend or girlfriend when you're looking, but most always when you're not. Just let it happen. Plus not being attached to someone is not always a bad thing. Hope that happens.  |

Underpants has a very good point. By simply keeping your options open and not looking for anything in particular you often find that you come across something that is better than you could have even thought of.
