It makes no difference what the legal age is-over here we get 10 and 12 year olds drunk outta their heads and we still get 18+ year olds who binge drink on a regular basis so until people realise the damage that they are doing with drink and drugs then it wont stop-mind u even with them knowing the damage doesnt mean that they will stop-on the cigarettes they had pics of what the smoke was doing to their organs and still people smoked them-Because our health service is free people dont care what they do to themselves as it doesnt cost them anything to be fixed back up |

well thats not strictly true .. we do pay in a round about way through national insurance and through our taxes and council tax.. just thought id pop that in .. sorry for going off topic |
