Hey everyone, Shado here.
Man, I miss you guys. This not having a comp thing sucks.
But the new place is cool w/ a pool AND a hot tub!!
Bills are kicking my butt and debt reconsolidation looks like the path i'll be taking.
But past all that, things are looking up!
Now that we have more time together, Melissa (Marysanna) and I are doing great! The job is still a job but it could be lot worse and I'm not complaining...too much.
This year is looking great for my band (CODE*ATOM)! We got offers to go to Texas to play a 12min set for a production company there and our cds have hit the desks at amost every local independant label. SPEAKING OF.....
ANY LOCAL (ATL) POs WHO WANT TO BE IN A MUSIC VIDEO ARE INVITED TO COME TO THE SOMBRE REPTILE OCT.31st (YES, HALLOWEEN NIGHT!!!). US AND TWO BANDS OF OUR CHOICE (ONE POSSIBLY BEING SKERV!!) WILL ROCK OUT THE VENUE AND PRESERVE OUR MUSIC FOR POMP AND POSTERITY!!! HOPE TO SEE YOU THERE!

Well it looks as if Halloween will be a bad night for a lot of folks so we're moving the filming date. I'll keep all those interested posted on the details! I'm also going to see if i can get a PO shirt to wear on the video (repruzentin' fo da PO). Oh and we should have a 7 song demo done by the end of October!! If anyone would like a copy please let me know by PM or calling, or writing to me [address to follow] and I'll get a copy to you when I can! All I may ask is how much ever the postage will be.

ill be there...i just joined a punk rock/metal/ska/rock/punk metal ska-ish rock band the other day...yep...i play bass and from what people tell me i am damn good at it...i just picked an upright one up one day and was really good at it so i practiced...bought me a fender, and now i am in a rock band that we named...(your about to either be like wtf? or laughing your ass off) our band name is...necrosis...look it up if you dont know what it means but i like it. ill be at the music video thing...and i am definantly going to be a big giant bass player one day that will die in a car crash or get run over by a bus and people will go.. "damn he was a good bass player"

i found my talent in rock and metal. i prolly wouldnt be who i was today or know the people i know today if i wouldnt have picked up that metallica cd when i was 4 and put it in my dads old radio...ever since i have been a grade A metalhead/skahead/well...you get the picture. i also have a talent in...um...well theres prolly more stuff im talented at. ill find it one day. |
