My ventures into writting

[Blackmage]

I've never really written anything nor let anyone read what I've wrote, but here's a little something I did a few months back and haven't really figured out where to go with it. edit: i threw in br's to show the 3 paragraphs for easier reading

She stood under the full moon breathing heavily with her hand clintched tightly around her sword. The last living paladin laid on the ground moments away from bleeding to death and the closer he came to that the more the violet aura from her sword faded. She then walked over to the nearly dead body glanced down at it narrow eyed and then stabbed the blade into its heart. With that last blow the aura had completely dissipated from the weapon. Standing there, over the body, and looking around at nearly two dozen other bodies she thought to herself "I can't beleive I used to be weak like them, they are all weak."


She wistled off into the trees outside of the meadow and her steed came out from the darkness. Her horse was packed with all of her equipment and personal belongings, which was not much at all, but it was all she had. Out of her sack she pulled out a rag and a canteen and poured water on the rag soaking it quite well. Then with short strokes she began to whipe the blood off her face and then her hands and her armor. After finnishing she then put the rag back into the back and sat down utterly exhuast from fighting all of those paladins. Questions ran through her mind about how did they know where she was and was she being followed.


She sat there, just starting at her blade wondering when all of the sudden it violently erupted back into a strong violet aura. She jumped up and snatched the sword scanning the dark meadow for any signs that she might have missed killing one of the paladins that had persued her. Nothing moved and all was silent, this had her confused as to why the Wrath was glowing like it was. She saw nothing was around and thought to herself "if nothing is around why are you glowing so brightly?" As she staired off into the distant end of the meadow she began to hear the loud crashes of trees as they hit the ground and seeing the tops of the trees sway side to side a bit. Her steed saw this and vanished as it had been trained to do to protect itself when not needed in battle. The ground began to rumble and within an instant a gigantic dragon came crashing through the trees on the far side on the hunt for a meal. White knuckled Tetra held her blade ready to fight the dragon not quite sure if she was going to have a dragon head for a trophy or ending up as its dinner.
