Did anyone watch the series premier of the new Blade series on Spike last night?
I was a big fan of the movies, so I did, and so far it was pretty good. Although I miss Wesley Snipes, the guy playing Blade does a pretty decent job, I thought.
The only thing that I noticed is that it, for some reason, doesn't have the same feel as the movies. It feel like a TV show, if that makes any sense. But maybe it's just me.
All I know is that I plan on tuning in in the future. I've never been big on following TV shows, but this is one that I can see myself getting into. |

I saw an hour of it, it wasn't bad. It had a very Buffy TVS feel to it, at least I thought. The dude playing did a pretty good job, kindof a continuation of the Blade from #3, very grinny and stuff.
I'll probably watch the first run of episodes and wait til some more of the story gets fleshed out before i make a final decision. |

I totally get what you mean, though thats no surprise, it's like if you compared the superman movie and show, with the TV show you can sorta get the TV vibe. |
