ok i have TWO rooms available in august
the one upstairs is $300/ month AND it comes with it's own living room
the other one is on the basement. it is 145 b/c it is not pretty and it does not have airconditioning. it does have a window, though so all you would have to do is put a fan in it.
in the event that all rooms are taken, the room upstairs is $250
no smoking in the house, and i do have my 2 kids living with me, so no crazy loud stuff. they have to sleep for school. ^___^
please please help me out guys

That is an amazing deal!!! I'm about to pay $1,000 a month in rent to live in Manhattan, and that's WITH a roommate!!! But it's all about location.

i just mean like drunken parties/ get togethers. no loud party type ordeals...
yeah...
it does not include utilities
they have been running us like $100-$150 all combined. that is high b/c we have internet/cable. i mean.. duh... like any respectable geek can survive w/out internet!! sheesh...
