Can someone make these pics have transparent background please, and Also can some one tell me where to go in photoshop elements to make my images have transparent backgrounds please so I don't have to ask again?

Does elements have the ability to do layers?
If so, create another layer under the image (should be a checkerboard pattern).
Take your wand selector and select the white areas (are the color you want to delete) and then hit delete.
Save for web, make sure it's antialiased and save as gif. |

Everytime I try to create a layer under the image it puts the checker pattrn over the image as well. |

Yeah, default behavior is to put one layer over the other - you may need to promote the image to a layer itself (rather than as "Background") to be able to slip the transparency layer in underneath it. |
