2nd Player One Charity MTG Tournement

Please read this post carefully before answering poll.

So for those of you who haven't heard, Wizards got my letter about the first charity tournament we put on and Player One is interested in doing another one. Wizards has agreed to supply Player one with some "incentive" to doing these types of tournaments. So this is our first test run.

The current date of this tournament will be on Thursday September 14th.

The format is still up in the air. I have until Friday to decide on the format so you guys vote on the format and the one that gets the most votes will be what Player One does for us.

Date: Thursday September 14th.

Time: Starting between 6 and 7.

Entry fee: $20

We have yet to decide on the final fee. Last time it was $22, but Wizards was not contributing, so $2 of that was towards prizes. We could put it at $20 to make it cheaper for everyone, or keep it at $22 and make the contribution per person $12. In reality it will be up to Player One what the final price is.

Contribution: $10 per entry fee would go to the ACS.

Format: Coldsnap!

Ravnica Deck + 1 Guildpact booster + 1 Dissension booster

5 Coldsnap boosters

Prize: Will be determined on site.

Chances are that this will run until like 11PM... just so you know.

Last thing... Depending on how this goes and how much Wizards is willing to contribute, Player One is thinking of making this a monthly charity tournament. Good stuff.

Unfortunately, as much as I wish I could come out and contribute, that is pretty much out of the question, so I won't vote, but I wanted to mention what I WOULD have voted for. I would have voted for the higher fee (c'mon, this is for cancer research, and every little bit counts! What's an extra few dollars?) and for Coldsnap, because its just very different from Ravnica, and you guys should get accustomed to playing with it, because it will be the official limited format of choice at least until Time Spiral comes out.

Unfortunately, as you know, I can't make it, baby. At least, as far as I know. Unless my schedule changes drastically tomorrow (I'd still be late, even with the changes I'm planning to make)
