StarFox Command

Anyone else have this? It's pretty fun, but really short. I think it's worth it just for the multiplayer....although I haven't had the chance to try it yet. But you can have up to 6 people with Download play, and 4 on wifi. Each pilot has different abilities. For example, Fox has a HUGE boost gauge, 2 bombs, single laser, single lock, and decent shields. Slippy, however, has almost no boost guage, making get aways and deflecting shots tough. He also can't lock on, but he has more health that Fox, 3 bombs, and his twin plasma shot does huge damage.

If anyone else has played this, do you know how to fire bombs in front of you? The manual says to tap the bomb icon twice, but I always just end up boosting.

Damn no, I havnt got to play SF game since like....SF 64, and that was weak sauce compared to the one on SNES. DS has all the coolness, Im glad I didnt buy a handheld right off. If I get one, Im getting a DS.

I love this freakin game.

And yeah, it's short. But after you beat it, you can open up new paths and get different endings. I play on going through it again.

I'm on my second run. So far I have Star Wolf, Slippy and Falco with me.

I have it, I've gotten about five of the endings, and it rocks. I was a big fan of Star Fox 64, and this is, IMHO, just as good as if not better.

It focuses on the characters, as well as the menace, and the multiple paths rock. (I got an ending guide...)

I especially like Falco's 'bad' ending...

Personally I wasn't a big fan of Star Fox 64.... to easy.

This one however, poses a challenge in some cases.

I think the most challanging battles are the dog fights. Do you encounter any of these with someone other that Star Wolf? The drones you fight, even the bosses seem to easy. I still can't wait to try the multiplayer. The multiplayer was also the best part of Starfox 64.

Haha... the most recent Starfox game I played was... um... Super Smash Bros. Melee.
