A good way to start your day.

So, at around 3 :30 or 4 this morning, my mom has me run into the gas station we were at and buy her some Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Ice Cream. Well, while I was in the back looking for it and its price, some guy walks in. Originally I think nothing of it. I find the information I need and go up to the front to buy it, and what do I find up in the front?? I'm in the middle of a robbery. I didn't really know what was going on untill after he left, but supposedly he had a gun, blah blah blah. The most interesting thing about that though is, the whole time, nothing really phased me. My heart rate went up, but mostly I was just standing around like I would if nothing was going on.

If not, did you have a cell on you?

Could have called 911.

But the way it sounds, it was an in and out thing and they probably wouldn't have gotten there in time to do anything anyway.

Yeah, he looked right at me. I thought something was odd originally because he had his shirt covering part of his face. He glanced at me, turned back around, and mumbled something. I didn't think of calling 911 at that point. I don't really remember what I was doing at that point.

well, something must have phased ya if you lost track of what was going on.

it may not have seemed like it, but you froze. Quite frankly, i probably would have done the same thing.

I think most people would at least freeze.

Sad sotry is, nowdays, employees are told to just hand over the cash silently and the company will claim it back on the insurance (thats what ive heard reports of here anyway)

There should be CCTV anyways. right?
