New information regarding AT&T

Hey, I'm not so sure this is accurate since it did come from my mom, but Dai and I had our phone and DSL through SBC. Well, per mom, if you get your DSL cut off for any reason and wait more than 2 months (I think she said), DSL is no longer available to you. AT&T does not offer DSL, they only offer dreaded dial up. Like I said, I'm not sure how true this is, but its got me paying my phone bill on time every time. Where we are, we can't get Verizon cause we're not in the next town and our only other high speed connection is Cable, which is like 40 bucks a month. Those of you who are still getting DSL through AT&T, keep it going. Mom's probably wrong, but I'd hate to find out she's right. If anyone has any other information, please chime in. Cause I'm too impatient to deal with machines and call them.
