I'm not sure what areas have them all set up yet but these pics are from the Gamestop in Redmond, Washington (you know, the home of Nintendo?). Reportedly the kiosks are due to ship Friday so they should be in stores around the country next week.
You have to give up your Drivers License to play as the controllers are not tied down to the system/kiosk. I'm sure that'll be changed tho.
