I dont know if many of you are aware of this, but Microsoft started to offer Sega lotsa money to buy the company, not partner with it, but buy it. Since this announcement was made, Sega's shares has gone up a 15%. Will Sega will kneel to the power of money and sell themselves out ? Only time will tell. In my opinion I think that its not a good idea. But who am I to argue... |

I hope not...Cause if they do Sony will HAVE to buy Nintendo...Who owns a portion of Sega... In order to stay in the game so ta speak.
But Sega is Japanese and if you know anything it's that Japan wants to buy AMERICA and not the other way around.
Case in point: Japan in the 90's was suffering from an economical downturn and it was centralized around their power-plants for some reason.
Along came some American investors willing to front BILLIONS of dollars to get a piece of their electro-plants. Well, Japan doesn't want America to own any of their saacred land and refused to sell...So yeah. However in America we're all money grubbing biyotches so most of California is owned by Japan...Now if only they'd bomb LA and clean out that bastardly city once and for all.

Nope, SEGA said it was just a rumor. They haven't been contacted by Microsoft about anything like that. |

Yeah, but now maybe Microsoft has gotten the idea to buy them out....~shudders~ I'm just praying that the NEW not re-made, not re-hashed, not 3D (Hehehe) Sonic doesn't find its way onto X-box...Cause then I'd haveta buy another one. Cause wherever Sonic goes so must I...I love that lil' blue weasel. |

Well, last time I heard, there was a new Sonic game comming out for the Gamecube. I think its a remake of Sonic Adv. But if im not mistaken, there was another game in process. |
