Seeing as they're a part of my culture, yes, I have had these. And yes, they are quite delicious.

Excellent, Ming, excellent. >.> Now... We must convert the rest of the world to this empanada-loving culture of yours...

Except for Ireland. They're gold.

Isn't that like a Chimichanga? For poor people?

Which is wierd cause Mexico uses pulled meat not ground and in America Ground beef is for poor people.

The empandas that Shammy is mentioning aren't Mexican. Mexico (apparently, according to something I just read) has empanadas, but they're generally sweet and served as breakfast or desert.

The empanadas in question are most likely South American, as Argentinian restaraunts (from what I've seen on TV) are becoming more and more known for their empanadas. However, I'm Cuban, and I know that we eat empanadas also, so they could be Cuban and/or Caribbean.

Chimichangas are, apparently, deep-fried burritos, and there is debate as to whether or not they are actually Mexican. Some say they were created in the Southwest United States.

Where do Cobb salads supposedly originate from? Because I would have thought that they were clearly an American invention.
