And you like Football...
Saturday night is arguably the best regular season matchup of the Arena Football 2007 season.
The Georgia Force (6-1) are taking on the Dallas Desperadoes (7-0).
This is a huge game. Possibly a preview of the National Conference Championship, so if anyone wants to join Kuri, Xander and I to cheer on the Force... Go get some tickets. They start at $10 and you can get lower level endzone seats for $20.

This is my 5th year as a season ticket holder, and I have to say, this was the BEST game I've been too!
Georgia takes the top spot in the National Conference with a 78-63!
Another 10 touchdown night for Greisen.
Jackson added 1 on the ground.
A safety in the last minute of the 1st half.
This game had everything.
Dallas is denied being the 3rd team in AFL history to start 8-0 as they fall on one hell of a Saturday!
I saw an interesting quote by the Dallas Coach this morning.

No offense coach, but that had less to do with your DBs' coverage than it did with the best receiving trio in the league burning them everytime.

I have to say, that's some high praise right there. Coming into this game, Dallas had the #2 defense in the league. They had only allowed an average of 43 points per game. I expected Dallas to at least make 1 or 2 stops, they effectively made 0. After the Safety at the end of the first half, Dallas did get a pick in the endzone, but by that time, the Force were up 44-28 and there were only 2 seconds left on the clock. |
