Knights of the Old Republic - holy...freaking....crap...

I've been playing this for the greater amount of time that I've been kicked off of the computer in Athens, and it just plain rocks. It is indeed sweet gaming heaven.

It's a Star Wars RPG, for crying out loud. Without Jar Jar. For those of you who know, it's made by BioWare, those D&D game geniouses. Everything's determined by dice roll, damage, defense, saving throws, chance to hit or evade, and what not. Even if you don't understand the dice roll system (of which everything is 1d20+/-**) it's still excellent gameplay.

The story itself also makes for a great game. There are six different planets to visit, and though I've only finished the first, it took 8 hours even without finishing all the side quests on it. You can even become a Jedi!

Personally, my favorite aspect of the game is the Light/Dark side of the Force. For example, if you see a hungry puppy on the street, you can opt to feed the puppy and gain Light points, or kick the puppy while laughing at it to gain Dark points. The game changes drastically if you choose to be a Dark Jedi.

There's much more, too, such as feats and abilities, special items, custom Lightsabers, and much more, but as of right now, I'm too busy peeing my pants to even type any more about this great game. This should stop you from hating Xbox so much.

Nah..Still hate the X-box..I mean it looks and FEELS like yer playin a PC game so why not get the PC version and run it on my 1.8 GHz processor instead of the X-boxes 700 Mhz one?

I'll prolly get this game for PC one of these days but I'm workin on getting back into Galaxies... Damn Cox! DAMN YOU ALL!

...not really. It is only on Xbox, but Xbox is evil. I still love PS2, though my brother sold it to buy this Xbox...

Ok..It WILL be on PC in November. (Which makes no sense since X-Box IS a computer and the code isn't any different except control inputs)

ive played this game at my friends house and its farly cool but i still think SWG is way better i can be what ever i want to be lol but i like to kick the puppys they are funny cuse they make a weird noise!

as for KOTOR, Im loving it. I already like NWN so this is similar but yet different. im about 10 hrs in and going on my final test to become a Padawan Very Happy

I even made my blue lightsaber already
