Anyone gone to thiers?
My 10 year reunion is coming up Oct. 20th, and I'm still undecided. I sort of want to go, to see what everyone is up to, but at the same time a lot of the people confirmed to go, I dont know personally very well, just in passing. I got along with all of them fine, no issues, but I wouldnt consider any of them friends. Only 1-2 people so far are people I would consider friends.
I'm just wondering if anyone went to thiers who may have been in the same boat as me, and how it turned out for you guys.
Should I go? (its $55 a person until June 30th, after that its $65 a person..so this too is a factor) |

First vote! WOO!
I wouldn't go to my High School reunion if they paid me.
Mainly because I spent 4 years of my life to get away from the people in my school I don't want to go back to them.
Plus if I found out that the girl who got Valedictorian by taking easy classes and blowing our teachers made something of herself other than overweight trailer trash I'd become even more disillusioned with the world. (Yes she was very dumband yes she did blow at least 3 teachers) |

This is going to make me seem like a huge jerk, but here goes...
One of my life goals is to really make something of myself BEFORE my 10 year high school reunion, solely for the purpose of going back and rubbing it in everyone's faces...with the exception of Rev and company, of course.
I know...I'm a horrible, miserable person. But on the bright side, I've already got myself a corner table reserved in Hell for anyone who would like to join me.

I think a lot of people were like that. Part of me wanted to go for just that. Then I got to the point where it just wasn't worth the money to do it.

Yeah, I don't see any of my high-school buddies going back for their ten-years...not to mention that most of the people I hung out with went to other high-schools.
Although, if I am able to make something of myself by that time, it would be fun to go back and rub it in people's faces XD |
