I've been trying to get my order form Cafe Press squared away for almost a month now so that I can have some cool stuff w/ my PO on them.
Order #1: My first attempt at ordering flailed miserably due to the little oopsie that my PO's artwork wasn't on file w/ Cafe Press...SO they just printed out all my stuff with whatever character was listed on there... 
SOoo, PO fixed that problem, naturally, without any trouble 
Order #2: arrived today...STILL WRONG!!! 
I sent them a DETAILED email with the new order and EVERYTHING they would need to fix it.
Cafe Press did exactly as I expected, and pulled a stupid human trick on me...they resubmitted the entire order as it originally appeared in their computer. Thankfully the way my stuff was loaded on their site, I was able to get most of my order...correct. BUT, one item had a different item number, and a t-shirt changed color from the original order so they both came out wrong!
So now I wait for them to respond to a not-as-nice email telling them to send me the 2 corrected items...
EDITORIAL UPDATE: after getting a funky email from them, I called and got them to physically read off the item number and decription of the 2 remaining items that they need to fix...hopefully this will be the last of all this.

They told me to just keep the dud order instead of having to pay to return it. We can hammer out the shipping via PM cuz I've got multiple options

You know they did that to me when I ordered an XXL Jolly Roger shirt, instead I got the smallest size. Was crazy becasue the recipet said it was an XXL too. Other than that I usually have no complaints about Cafe Press.
I hope they get your order right this time. It sucks having to wait for that sorta stuff. |
