Heya Guys! I know I haven't been around much. Dealing with life changes, moving, new additions to the family (dog.. not a kid), and some other things.
I wanted to come back and write a short sentence or two about a request I have.
Zach needs a new insulin pump. Not just any pump. But one that will help my Dr's get information they need to ensure I can be helped in the future.
