This was bought for me as a Valentine's day present from my sweetie.
It may now be one of my favorite movies ehvarrrr.
The special effects and soundtrack are phenomenal. As is the story line.

My wife and I rented it last week. I'm not a Beatles fan...but it was FANTASTIC! I have to agree. She's So Heavy was awesome. I was just drawn right in when the posters came to life. The soldiers looked great. Like a combination of a dance crew and action figures. Simply amazing! |

It was definitely enjoyable, if not a wonderfully made movie. I was singing along practically the whole time.  I felt like I was a little girl watching Disney movies again. |

Yeah this is that movie i mentioned to you a while back akanari..
personally, i am absolutely in love with the movie, it has even gotten to the point lately where it is a nightly ritual for my father, my roommate and i to break out some whisky, watch across the universe, and play two hands of domino's.. and tell you what it is a fantastic bonding experience for the three of us
plus i heart the beatles as well as drunken sing alongs ^_^   |
