"Rockstar Games reported that both Xbox 360 and PS3 version of Grand Theft Auto IV may crash. For PS3 crashes primarily on the early 60GB model; for Xbox 360 crashes occur on all the models. If the PS3 version does crash, simply reinstall the game to fix the problem."
I was seriously considering getting it this year due to the multiplayer but I have the 60GB model PS3 and I don't know if I wanna risk it now. |

I've seen the Ps3 version crash on the second cutscene. But to be honest with you, its all a big fuss over nothing, I've had brand new games crash on me all the time regardless of the platform, its only because its such a big release thats been hyped to the point that no one expects there to be any shite stuck it (i.e. squeeky clean) that all this is getting widely reported. |

I have a 60G as does Unastrike and neither of us have had issues.
It's happening on 360s too apparently... just not as much I think. |

I can report that I haven't had any issues with my Xbox version yet, the game's run smooth as hell so far. No lockups, freezes or anything yet so I've been lucky I guess. |

Riva, what version do you own? PS3 or 360?
One of my concerns for possibly getting it is the amount of people I might be able to find online (I know I won't even bother playing the regular solo mode other than to unlock stuff). |

I have it on 360, too poor to own both a PS3 and 360 
Had two more Disc Read Errors, plus last night I was in Burger Shot, bought a burger, it never arrived and Niko refused to move till he got it the stubborn sod, so I ended up jumping to the dashboard then booting the game up again |
