I can hardly believe it, but I just heard from the owner of the house that I and my folks put an offer in on up here in Houghton. They said yes!!
I'm actually going to be a home owner, and I am totally ecstatic, lightheaded and so happy!

Seriously, if you rent the place out you will make more "profit" from tax breaks than from rent coming in. =D
I'm most likely going to buy the townhome I am currently renting. Then I'm going to turn around and rent it out. |
