i just had to say this, because i feel a great sense of accomplishment:
I was told by my dad to make a picnic pork, or in other words, a HUGE piece of pork that takes about 3 and a half hours to cook in the oven. Well, i was intrusted to make this colossal piece of meat, and it turned out to come out soo good, that my dad claims that it is better than his...IM SO HAPPY!! Not only that, but he taught me how to make plantains (spanish banana) really amazingly.
And to top that, last weekend, i went on a scout trip to go camping in northern CT. Well, i was also entrusted with teh cooking of the troop staff (im the senior patrol leader...so im in charge of staff). Well, i ended up making Quesadillas...QUESADILLAS...on the trip...which was something that my scoutmaster was pleased to try out, becuase it was something completely different. Not only that, but i also got a new internal framepack for that weekend, and it worked like a charm. But back to the food...IT ROXORS DEM BOXORS!!!!!!!!

OMG lol wow, that sounds sooooo good Tobias. I'm sure it was really, REALLY good because ur family (u, ming, ur mom, and dad) are all REALLY good cooks!!!!! CONGRATS!  |
