I write...alot...too much some would say...SOOOO much in fact that no one but my few friends really ever see all of my stuff...My band's kinda slack on songwriting at the moment, so there's no outlet there...So guess what, PO folks?! (PO folks: what?!) YOU GET TO READ MY STUFF!! (PO Folks: uhh...ok?) So here's where I'll post my old and fresh lyrical endeavours here...hope someone reads them...

Here's my first one:

"Possession is 9/10's of the War"
In a land of twin suns, I am torn between their bleaching light, one caresses my emotions, the other burns my ever-pale skin, sunrise and the suns set on me, whimpering and dying under the cover of the horizon only to be born again in the morning, the moonlight is brief yet it has no less caught my eye, the suns approach, their twin birth to the dawning sky begs a decision of choice, an infinitely deadly testament to which source of light I desire most, with one is an aura of innocence and the other displays such venegance regarding an invoulantary theft that remains incomplete. Within the past daylight hours uncertainty remains a factor, but exclusively this way for one more night, just one more night, awakened by the warring of the suns, caught between their bleaching light, refusal times two on a silver platter, all is now well, all is now right...

Here's something I wrote today (11/21/03) in response to an eviiiiil eX (in the words of Glassjaw, "all my x's live with hexes")

"Life Looks So Much Better From the Ground"

accompained only by shadows of everything that once stood in sequence with me, my party follows in tow, no matter how much this overwhelming desire to go it alone bleeds from me, this black lipstick-sealed silence, overwhelming as it may seem, stabs my hopes and dreams in the throat, I hold onto her no matter how many knives you wield into my spine, you send a letter of your regrets and regards, yet somehow it never reaches my doorstep, strange isn't this? Of course I'll hold your hand, it's only until I can pin you to the wall and tear you limb from limb, you keep playing your innocence card, but you brought this on yourself, you pushed everyone away, and in your struggle, pushed yourself to the ground its rather amusing seeing you from the place you saw me so many times before, you should've quit while you weren't dead...
