Awww, Chibi-Usa is so cute. I myself have only seen snippets of stars.
Well if yer talking about the series with the Sailor Starlights and their man-girl forms..*shudders* What is with anime and transvestites? |

aiee! i just got the whole season on dvd!!!! ^^ ya i just watched a few epi!! (sorry makenna i couldnt wait! lol we will watch it when u come over stilL!) anyway, i just thought i would say that! Speaking of Sailor Moon, I got Season 1 and two subtitled and released Stateside VIA ADV!
Man I thought I liked Sailor Moon before but now I LUVs it! Now that ALL the episodes are there you lose like a kajillion plotholes and the story is actually REALLY good.
Them damn dubbers cut out like 4 episodes in the first 6! I was like, "Didn't Ami come in the 3rd eps?" "Hey, I've seen this part and that part but I've never seen this Eps." "So Rei's Grampa is Bi-sexual?" "So they're attacking Shinagaio (City can't spell name) and ONLY that city cause that's where the imperium Silver Crystal is? I thought they won a raffle or something." |

See sailor moon is not as bad as it has been made out to be. But agree i was very surprise when they had me rewatch it, it was like wow, but i have to say i think sailor stars was my favorite. |

I can answer that, I read it by Naoko herself. It's because Naoko love both woman AND men... She said that woman are stronger then men. That's why the sailor star transform into womens when they figthing because they have both sex advantage. They are physically strong like men and have strenght of emotion feeling of women that's make them strong-willed.
That's the way Naoko see thing . All the story is her thinking about universe creation and what's evil and good and why we must fight even if we saw no result in doing so, even if evil will never be completly destroy.
It's really interesting. This anime seem to be just funny at the beginning but evolve in same time of sailor moon and show us a new way of thinking on life that sailor moon learn too.
That's what I have to say about after read all the manga and saw the whole anime. |
