If theres anyone looking for a good rent this weekend, I can't recommend a little OAV called eX-Driver enough. The plot is solid, the art is crisp and vibrant, the action is there in spades, and the character interaction is hilarious and serious at the appropriate times. I rented the single DVD that encompasses the six episode series at Blockbuster for a paltry four dollars for a week.
A total sit around with your friends and watch kind of anime. Order pizza and a couple of 2 liters and you'll finish the whole thing before you ever knew it started. Even though all the plots are resoleved at the end, its over much too soon.
