I'm not talking the games you think were great and you played for a month to beat and now it collects dust. I mean the ones that you seriously go back to and buy each installment and just keep playing...and playing...and playing...
For me, it's the Need For Speed series (Hot Pursuit 2 ranks above Underground), Yugioh (I love how only the GB games actually follow the card game), and Pokemon. I also admit with guilt that I play my Smackdown games religiously every year until the next one comes out, yet I don't know why.

The Sonic serie, I like almost all of the games, and I played sonic 1 2 and 3 religiously for years. (hell I'd still do if I still had my genesis >_<)
Hmmm ... Streets of Rage! I love all the 3! Although my least favorite is the second one. But I can't get tired of em
And huh ... ahHA! Virtual Fighter (the arcade serie) I loved the first, second and third games on the arcade, didn't really liked the 3rd on dreamcast for some reason.
O Virtual Cop! From the first to the 3rd one, I love em all! I even still enjoy playing the original, such a classic! |

Arcade-wise, Time Crisis has been a lot of fun.
The Capcom "Vs." series has held my attention for a very long time...
...I'm a Final Fantasy player, so that should count.
But a lot of the good game sequences that I've played haven't made it to three yet.
However, I will whip out the Quest For Glory, Space Quest, and King's Quest series as ones that I would probably keep playing, even though they're pretty old-school stuff.
Oh, yeah. Doom, Quake, and Unreal Tournament, foo. |

then Simon's Quest
then Dracula's Curse

then the Genesis one
then Dracula X (The PC Engine one where you could use Maria)
