Since we already discussed annoying...who are the top three cutest annoying characters. Bear in mind I am not asking the characters you wanna get down with...I mean adorable! 
1. Chibified Kaolla Suu - No question....when she goes Chibi and has her little cat suit on. Melting hearts right there
2. The Amazoness Quartet - From Sailor Moon, these villains are simply adorable. The little outfits, the gymnastics and the pool cues. I love the way they talk and their little chant
3. Plum (Sumomo) - That's right, Chi is definately cute but Plum is absolutely adorable. When she jumps on her owners shoulder and says "Hai!" oooh cuteness to the Maxx! |

Hmm.... the cute ones from animations...
1. Sakaki/Chiyo-chan - Azumanga Daioh. It's a tie between these two because each is equally cute in their own way. I have a soft spot for Sakaki's cat problems, and Chiyo-chan is just... cute.
2. Puchiko-nyu - Digi Charat series. Dejiko's companion, this one, while looking cute, has a razor-sharp tongue and isn't afraid to use it. So it's sort of shockingly cute.
3. Marin - Brigadoon. Overactive imagination, but in a cute sort of way, and some of the plots she figures out are very impressive, indeed.
(That being said, I agree with what's been said above. Especially the Milly, Ryo-ohki and Kuroneko-san comment.) |

Im gonna borrow a few series listed above already...
Chiyo-chan, Azumanga Daioh. The cuteness is too much. Especiailly when Tomo makes her cry. It makes me want to make her cry just to see it.
Nonomi, Gunparade March. Her cuteness is a lot like Chiyos in that shes in a class full of much older people, so the contrast is greater.
Menchi, Excel Saga. If not just for the song, people, if not just for the Menchi Song!!! |

1. Chiyo chan- no real suprise there, she's so cute that Chiyo induced a sugar coma on me when she was dressed up as a kitty.
2. Ryo Oki- bow before the cabbit, for we cannot say no when she wants a carrot

Sailor Jupiter/Lita/Motoko, Sailor Moon- Sure she's kind of a tomboy, but her beauty is shocking! *bad pun*
Sasami, Tenchi Muyo- Sure she looks like she's twelve, but she is really hundreds of years old. She's got that charm that just makes me say, "That's so cute"
Hinano, Trouble Chocolate- She's a wooden doll that is almost completely oblivious to anything in the real world. Plus, use of the words "Wahoo" and "You're Welcome" just drive me to like her that much more. |

2. Kiss, Sorcerer on the Rocks. Yeah she turns in to a big scary wolf that could rip you to pieces, but her "humaniod" form is cute.
