AWA...or California...AWA...or California...>: (

So here's the thing. I got $790 from DW. They had the date I SHOULD HAVE received them on(Jun 16 and Jun 30), and because they're a month late, I can't cash them at check-cashing-places.
So I got a First National Bank(of Texas) account. They said I had to wait 20-30 days on it, so that pissed me off- but then later they tell my I should get the money Tuesday or Wednestday. I'm excited, California trip was back on.
...then I check it up today...and nope. Now I'm waiting 20-30 days. But here's the thing. I wanted to visit CA the first or second week of September, but since I'll be SEEING the money around the first/second week of September, I'll have to plan my trip a week or two later- meaning that I'd have to cancel AWA to do it.

...but the thing is that I do WANT to go to AWA; but I wanna visit my friend too. I've been planning on this trip for such a long time, but I've also been planning AWA.
I don't wanna disappoint the AWA people- and I know that Doot's probably already got my convention ticket and stuff...but like, this galla means a lot to me(we're not goin out or nuttin, she's just very important to me).

So there's the thing. I can still make it to California, but I'd have to can the AWA trip to make it cheaper; I can go to AWA, but then I can't go to CA because shit will be busy over there. I dunno. I'm just really torn in my head.
And I have much love for my PO crew...but I seriously think I want to go to California instead. I'm sure everyone will have a blast without me. I'm not tryin to be mean and "ditch" you guys; really, I'm not.

Do what you need to do man. It would be cool to see you at AWA to be sure, but it is completely understandable you want to go to cally as well. I don’t think any one would hold it against you for not going.
This isn't really a thing other people can decide for you.

I cant stress enough how easy it is to bum off of Faye. You've already got the ticket, Faye is paying for all of our gas to and from, and he also said since the rooms were a crap load less expensive than he thought, he'd pay for your sleepy time too.

If you can feed yourself for the weekend and are willing to ride in a 2000 cavalier with three other people for 13 hours, you have the money.

Again, I dont wanna make you feel like we're "expecting" you to go or not go, Im just letting you know what your options is (<--- intentional misuse of a proper being verb). Take your time (which you dont have a lot of, I understand), chill the f**k out (which all things considered may be really hard of you), and do whatever the hell you want to do. Thats the ticket, if your going to be too worred about CA during AWA to enjoy yourself, forget about it. Your right, we will have fun without you, but we'd really like to have fun with you to! But not at the behest of something else.

What Im trying to say it dont worry about feeling responsible to anyone over here. You know well better than I do that PO is a big labor of love and that we'll respoect whatever thing you wanna do. Wanna go see your chickadee? We're all about it. Wanna party all weekend, we can do that too.

I know everyone would love to see you at AWA, but its your decision and we cant really tell you to do otherwise. I hope you have as much fun in California as we will at AWA.

Remember that if something comes up or you change your mind..... you can always bum a ride with Dai and I to AWA.

Edit: PS Thank you Dai for the...... well I am not quite sure how to take that. But he is right Bee, I said I would take care of it and I ment it. If you get back from Cali before AWA then give us a call. As long as you can feed yourself for the weekend we dont have a problem. To be perfectly honest we wouldnt have a problem either way.

Hey, I know that if you need to visit a friend is CA, and you've promised them, then do it man. We'd miss you at AWA, but if we'd toast you, and perhaps find some G1 Bumblebee's to send just for the fun of it

I appreciate the comments, people. Sadly(well, in the fact that I have to give something up), I think I'm goin to California instead of AWA. Sorry to Doot and PRG and others that have gone out their way to try and make sure I'd be there. I'll find some way to make it up to them- and to PO. : \ I hope.

Anywho. Sorry guys. I know if I don't visit my friend, I'll go to AWA miserable. I hope that the others understand. : ( .
