Everyone looks forward to the time when you'll be able to buy alcohol! The big 2-1 so to speak! Don't. By that time your not a young sprig any more and you've got a lot of responsibilities, so drinking all the time like when you were younger goes out the window. What you do get is people hounding you all the time to buy liqour for them like people did for you when you were younger.

Faye and I are looking into renting a car to got o AWA in. A Minivan to be exact. Well everyone has outrageous stupid rates and there fore the thought was canned until a co-worker tells me about dollar.com. Holy bejeezus, this is the friggin bomb! Hundreds of dollars cheaper than everywhere else we've looked at and with unlimted milage! Rawk on right!? I mean, 49.99/day for a minivan is tight!

Sounds like discrimation to me. Im being discriminated against because of my age and judged not on my individual merit (a nice drivng record, a decent credit history) but by the tendencies of my age bracket. If thats not a shit load of discrimination, I can't tell you what it. |

Yes, being in the age group that is most likely to have a collision sucks. All insurance rates are based upon discrimination, because they look at statistics and their trends. So while it might paint an accurate picture of the mob, it usually means the individuals get shafted. It's just the way things are. We feel the pain. |

It's funny how much of a scam insurance is in the first place. It's something that we HAVE to pay for, yet we will most likely NEVER use, nor do we WANT to use it. |

I know it sucks too. Try www.rentawreck.com sometimes you don't have to pay a stupid fee, but it all depends on the franchise and stuff like that. But give it a shot and see what they say. good luck |
