If you've never heard of it, think of it as american football but with no pads and less rules. I've been playing rugby for about four years now, and I'm pretty good as a reciever, but unfortunately for me I have flat feet and knee trouble, so I can't run well, except for short-distance sprinting.
So, anyone else here play? (PS: Go Ireland! You can damn sure kick England's ass in the next cup  ) |

Not play, for my knees would probably scream in agony as they had premanent damage done to them, but I've seen people play it, and it looks like it's interesting for those who do.
Actually, to describe rugby, I'd say that American football is rugby with forward passing and less padding. But that's just because I know that rugby is the parent sport of American football. |

Rugby is another game apart from football that I try not to missed watching specially the world cup.. well I dont play rugby eventho' we have female rugby here but my father played rugby for 12 yrs so we used to watch the game together and my best friend still playing and I go watch him play sometimes..
My fav team.. wouhoo d Wallabies.. |

I am a pretty big Rugby fan, though it isn't an easy sport to get involved in here in Georgia.. lol. I am a big Ireland fan (we shouldve beat NZ in the UB21 tournament!).. lol. |
