A topic of people who like Football (NOT American Football)

Well, I like sports alot, especially Football (what Americans call "Soccer").

Well, I don't even try to know why "Soccer" isn't the best sport in the US, I mean EVERYWHERE in the world plays football, and I do mean everywhere, they is NO country on the PLANET that doesn't play it. Anyway, I am only making this topic to confess my UNDYING love for a Football Club called Manchester United, I am have supported them since I was 6, I am now 16, and in 10 years, we have dominated the Premier League. That may make it sound boring 1 team dominating by it could be further from the truth, it's incredibly amazing some of what these Footballers do is beyond belief, I know that Man United went to the US, for our pre-season tour, in June, and I know they are going there next year, I swear if you have the chance to watch them play, GO TO IT, you forget all that those wannabee sports like Basketball, Baseball or whatever.

Too bad American television doesn't do much for international stuff, although they actualy do cover the domestic league a bit now, but usually on the secondary stations.

Anyway, I'd also like to see more football.

My family and me are all into football/soccer, we'll watch the Malaysian Cup, English Premier League, World Cup and soon Euro2004 together.. but we are fan of different clubs.. I'm all the way "Arsenal's" fan, my twin bro is "Newcastle and Real Madrid's" fan, my sister is "chelsea's" fan and my youngest bro is a fanatic undying "Man. U's" fan.. both my brothers play football/soccer.. well I dont play football/soccer but now I'm interested to try out 'futsal', some girlfriends shows interest too and we'll start training next month, but this will be in different topic soon..

Must be fun watching the Premier League, then, if you're all different fans. I'm not sure if I have a team that I follow, other than say, the national teamas. But I still like watching sports.

Does Norway have a team? If so, are they any good? Any websites I can look into for scores and such?

Yup yup Norway do have a team, and they're not too bad. I don't know a great deal about them but their best players include Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and John Carew. Mebbe Tore Andre Flo too.

However I don't think they qualified for Euro 2004. I can't remember the other groups.. but I don't remember hearing about Norway at all.

It's awesome. It has transfer gossip, news everyday and features comprehensive round ups of all Euro 2004 related things.
It's funny too, check out the Look-a-likes and Mediawatch especially.
The only downside really is for you as it's mainly for us Brits, so you won't find MLS news or anything. Erm.. go look!
