Bad weather, Stupid drivers

To give you some reference it has been rainy all week. Not the heavy just constant and misty. And it has blown me away how many drivers don't use their lights, not to mention that if your wipers are on here it is illegal to not have your lights on. I actually saw a bleu grey car with no lights, or rather I should say I saw it go past because I didn't see it until I was actually going right by it. Then I saw another not 5 seconds down the road.
What was really blew my mind is that it is dumb for anyone not to have their lights on in those conditions. But white, black, grey, and light blue cars are the hardest to see in those conditions. And I would say at least 80% of the cars with no lights were either white, black, grey, or light blue. Unbelievable.

The culmination of though, and the reason for this post happened not 10 min ago on my way home from work. I was driving home on a 4 lane road like always. So I am going along and I see this chick (without lights) making a right turn right in front of me. I think to myself I am in the left lane, I have my lights on, I am fine. I was wrong. She pulled over and then kept on going into the left lane, which I was occupying at about 45 mph. Seeing as it is rainy and wet as hell there was no way I could have stopped, so I had to swerve around here. Luckily for me the right lane was open or else I would probably be in the hospital at the least in stead of typing this.

Yeah i hate stupid drivers...in all conditions. There's this turn that i take every day, every time i need to go south (which is like 97% of the time). Anyway, this turn is 2 lanes. the left lane is left turn only, the right lane is straight or left turn. I'm usually in the right lane. At least every other day, the dumb **** in the left lane cuts me off by turning into the right lane. All the friggin time!!!! Also on your rant, my mom was driving through i think it was new york, UP help me out here, and she said that there was a sign that said you must have your headlights on if you use your windshield wipers. I'm not sure on the accuracy of this because it is my mom, but that needs to be like a world-wide rule. thank you for bringing this up. i just really needed to yell about this.

Man, I was sweating there for a sec! It's good that you're okay! We've had enough PO car-wrecks in our time, we don't need any more! Glad you're safe.
And, yeah, there are a lot of dumb drivers out there. You seriously gotta wonder how these people got their licenses.
