I hate coming to site like this after something lik AWA, and hearing about everyone who had a great time, it makes me curse the day I became a student!! I am off the great age 17, which means I am just 1 YEAR! too young to get a grant, so I never have a penny!! Goddamnit! I'm going to rob a bank!
Is there a UK AWA? Or something like that (with my luck, no way!) |

Well, there is probably an anime convention in your area SOMEWHERE, though I can't say as I've ever heard of one in the UK. I'd recomend coming to AWA, but you're really far away and that could cost. If you want to check out something more definite I'd ask in the Conventions Forum. If no one there knows then I'd just try google-ing UK Anime Conventions and see if anything comes up.
However, I'm glad that you came to PO, even if you weren't at AWA!

Fine by me, truthfully, I know nothing about AWA, I've never been to a convention in my whole life, all I know is, that I am a huge anime fan, and where I am from there arent many people who like anime, a couple of mates I have got addicted to it, but other then that nothing. |
