dyess you need to challenge someone when you make the topic... that's what the text box under the subject is for.
if you are looking for somoene to challange, there is a "find a fighter" button out to the side. click on that, input a * in the text box that comes up and hit search. A list of all the fighters will show up. It will tell you their name, their level and if they are eligible.
ex...
Shino - Lvl 5 - Ineligible
Dyess - Lvl 3 - Elibigle
Try that out.
