Huh, it seems like pretty soon video games will be just like the movies, appereance and content wise. This isn't neccesarily a good or bad thing. Hopefully, if an AO game is released, it'll end up like that one NC-17 that nobody liked but didn't affect anything but the actors careers. Plus, it might make people see just how much more mature video games have really gotten.

What age will you have to be to by AO games. You already have to be 17 to buy rated M games. Are they just going to make it 18+ for AO games. Even then I bet it wont stop the parents from buying the games for their 12 year old kids. Talk about Sex education.

I never said any of the Games will be any good, nor do I plan on buying anyone of them. But it still has the potential to seriously effect the gaming industry. So I guess that means anyone who calls himself a gamer should care.

plus if everywhere were required by law to card for games if peoples parents were buying them it would intern make THEM responsible for "acts caused by video games" becuase the parents bought them for their children.

Be reasonable. There will hardly be any AO video games, because hardly any store will carry them. So then you'd have to buy online or something. Well, that hassle just limits it down even more. In a business perspective, it isn't smart to spend the money to make a game like that because your profit will be less than your expenses.
