Sweet I love this series. I notice the hero's name is max which was the name of the first SF hero. So will it be one coincidence or perhaps part of a new story for the hero. Either way I can't wait as nostolgia is coming back  |

Hmmm.. I think i agree with Black Mage... Its just not SF unless you have the turn based strategy going a long with it. Otherwise its another star ocean. And isn't MAX also the main character in Lufia and Lufia 2. hmmm My thumbs are down on this one .. but will give it a whirl or two when it comes out. |

I have learned never to doubt Sega.
After all... they did turn a very popular shooter into one of the best RPGs ever. |

I've tried to not trust them... always bites me in the ass. Been a SEGA fanboy for as long as I can remember. I even balked at their PSO EpIII Card Battle kookiness. After playing it, it took me all of 5 minutes to make the decision to trade in like 10 games to pick up a Gamecube and that game.
I'd do the same for a new Shining title as well. Even if it's a departure.
Can't wait. |
