I know we have a few running fans here, but has anyone ever heard of Euro Cross running? Here's the down low
Basically you run middle distance races of 4K to 10K (2.5M to 6M) in sub zero tempratures. It's icy, bitter cold, and fairly dangerous if not trained properly. The worst race I've ever had was a 4M race and the low was right around -2*F. Rough day, but man was it awesome.
What do you think about all this?
Anyone ever hear of it? Try it? |

 D I've heard of it...ain't gonna try it anytime though...I'm a swimmer, not a runner. My brother wants to do it.....insane I tell you...insane. And Excel... if the race was 4M...was it really -that- hard?
