I don't know about anyone else, but I feel the half time show at the Superbowl really sucked. I'm not saying that Paul McCartney isn't good, but it was a soory excuse for a halftime show. Plus the commercials are lame too. What happened? Is everybody too afraid to do anything because of what happened last year? Gimme a break! People are no so darn afraid to do anything that the fun gets sucked out of watching tv at all. They'll have to show the Superbowl on Pay per view I'm afraid...

Well, waddya want... Something wrong happens, a few hundred people tight asses call up the complaint line, and you get an artistic recession for several years. Sad

Remember, you're in USA, where lawsuits is the national sport.

Though one good thing came out of it, and it was Paul saying:

"Don't worry. My wardrobe is perfectly functional."

They headlined what I thought was the best Superbowl halftime show ever, and that was the one post 9/11 where they did the song "Where the Streets Streets Have No Name" with the two screens behind Bono giving the Necrology of the attacks

Ah, well. The FCC strikes again. Although, I heard that Sir Paul joked that he could prevent wardrobe malfunctions - by performing on stage in the nude.

Would certainly have made any show more exciting.

Congradulations...you have all brought up one of the only subjects I will basht eh hell out of right wing concervatives. Freedom of speech does have boundaries, but not ones so tight. You have to have breathing room otherwise you choke the life out of your people.

Exactly... Halftime was coffee time for our group of Superbowl onlookers.

Honestly... I usually don't watch the halftime show. It's usually a bunch of poppy crap anyway.
