My family gets owned

I am writing this because, quite frankly, I have no idea what else to do at the moment. As far as I can tell, my family just went, in under two hours, from a family dinner, to my parents being seperated.

As of now, my dad is on his way to stay at my uncle's house for an indefinite amount of time, with whatever he was able to pack in about a half hour.

Anyone who knows me, knows I keep pretty much everything to myself, and why I am writing this I still don't really know, except, as I said before, in the immediate aftermath of such an ominous event, there is absolutely nothing to do about it, only to go on as usual, without anything seeming to have changed, which, for some reason, bothers me.

Yeah, I might stop by or something. I am getting ready to go out driving around because I need something to do.

I am probably one of the few only mildly surprised. Things are never that great around here usually; just no one else ever sees it, usually.
That, and my emotions have stopped processing things for a bit as far as I can tell, so surprise and everything are only relative at this point.

Something similar has actually happened before, though I am a bit hazy on the details since I don't think I was much older than Jamie is now (3 for those who don't live around here) when it did. I am relatively sure the only reason things didn't devolve even more was because me and my sister were both still little.

Anyways, if I don't go anywhere, or if I end up somewhere with internet access, expect more rambling.

Yeah. My parents divorced once when I was pretty little. I barely remember it (partially because I have a really bad memory in general ) but they got remarried after like a year and a half of being separated. I think I didn't even know they were divorced really until they got remarried.

I...wish I had something to say. I am the person I am now because of my parents' divorce when I was nine, and the events which were the result thereof.

My mom went through a divorce with her second husband, I was only 8, so I really didnt' know what was going on. So I really don't know what I can say to you.

Dude, that sucks, plain and simple. My parents finally divorced about 3 years ago after about 12 years of undecisiveness. To be frank, I was glad it happened, was very relieved. While they were still married, I was a nervous wreck considering they'd argue about anything and sometimes it resolved around how to raise me. Currently, everyone is much more relaxed and happy. My parents don't really talk but have learned how to be civilized around each other in public. To sum up, maybe you can't see it now, but your parents' divorce could end up being what they needed. Time for an update since things around here have settled down pretty much. My dad is back at the house, and has been for a week or so now. I really don't know for sure what is going on now, I am rarely kept informed by anyone. Things are a bit different around here, but whether things are going to change or not, and whether things will get better or worse, only time will tell, as always.
