Even though I joined at AWA last september as did many of the people on this site I feel like I havnt really gotten to know as many people on PO as I would have liked. This is almost completely my fault. Im both shy and very busy so I cant post a lot or be on aim nor am I good at making to first move to talk to someone and really meet them, plus I suck at making conversation (and lets put it this way...posting in general makes me very nervous, so right about now I'm battling the urge to stop typing this post)...

My rant is not about this...instead it's about the one thing that isnt my fault yet is preventing me from being what I feel is a really good part of this community...and that would be Internet Explorer. I pretty much hate Explorer right now. It wasn't working for me a couple months ago because of something that I still don't understand....that whoile thing kept me off the internet for a month at least and for the past couple of weeks a strange virus took hold of explorer and prevented me from visiting any site..including pocket otaku^.^

BUT AHA! I have discovered...with the help of somene special...something better than explorer and far far superior. Mozilla FireFox. Those two little words have allowed me once again to roam to internet freely and hopefully given me the chance to seriously be a part of the PO community.

Seriously though...Im sure a lot of people know about firefox but apparently its far less prone (almost invincible maybe?^.^) to viruses and pop ups and things of similar ilk...so if others are having problems with Explorer(grrrr) then I suggest making a switch...its free too which is always nice^.^

Seriously, Once I made the switch I couldn't even stand using Internet Explorer anymore.

i converted to firefox recently too, mainly for problems with both internet explorr and netscape, and i wont be returning to either:D

Once Firefox starts carrying the mouse gestures tool that I'm used to, I'll probably switch over. As for now, I'm on the Mozilla suite. But Firefox is on all the computers on our campus site, and I like it.

I personally can't handle Firefox at all. It trips me out whenever I have to use it at school occasionally. I'm simply too used to the way things work on IE.
