Well Saturday (6/28/2003) we had a little party Bday party for Skibirdi at Casa De Shino.
It was so much fun. Everyone brought a little something for the BBQ that we had thanks to ToolMan (Ralph). Chicken, burgers, dogs and brats! Everything was quite yummy.
We had a good turn out and everyone seemed to have a great time and mingle quite well.
Lets see... from left to right top to bottom... we have...
Gregon (Bo), Matt, *Josh's Girl* (never did get her name... sorry  ), Josh, Stef, Mike, Mehgan (I think that's how she spells it), ToolMan (Ralph), Rebekah, Tim, Skibirdi (Minah), Shino (Me... duh?), Rollergirl (Tina), Allison, Danielle, and Carey.
We had tons of fun and again, thank you all for coming.
Now... there's another part...
My cousin Billy owns a bakery and sells cakes wholesale to resturants. Well I asked him to make one for me for Skibirdi's bday. So he delivered.
I present to you, Alpine Bakers gift to Skibirdi...

...
And as you can see... Skibirdi was quite happy about this cake.
This cake has 3 layers of chocolate cake, each seperated by a thick layer of chocolate moose including a layer on the top for the frosting. It was very yummy. Also, half the cake fed ~14 people and I don't think anyone finished thier piece. It was quite yummy. |

That's not a cake...That's my Wife!
Well, the cake did look good till you said chocolate mousse (bleh) but it's good she enjoyed it. My question is how you cut that megolith giant. |

Well, it was an awesome party. I had a great time. Josh's girlfriend's name is Emily by the way. That picture does not have everyone in it. A small handfull of people left before that. Heather, Jimmy, Meta, Scott, and my mom.
I have a picture of me cutting the cake. I will have to ask Shino to put it up for me. It was quite a task!

That has to be the most tasty-looking chocolate cake I've seen in my life!
