My first succesful photoshop attempt

I created this wallpaper for gamepulse of the very cute (although she wouldnt like to be called that) Etna from Disgaea:

My photoshop sense is picking up the darkstrokes filter. I heart the darkstrokew filter ^_^. I really like the backgrounds you created for both of the images, relaly added to them each in their own ways, Id liek to experiment when creating geometrics like that.

You gotta figure out something to do with the choppies around Etna though, I dunno if its just a white outline or what but it doesnt quite seperate her out from the picture or link her to it. I humbly reccommend using a blur filter while selecting her boarder; you coudl use the outline option on the layer options to add a bit thicker boarder too. Humble sugestions, friend Riva, lets hear from others as well.

Thanks Dai, whats this Darkstrokes filter you mention? for the effect on dante i used Sketch>Stamp on a duplicate layer, which i then placed underneath the original layer and then changed the opacity level of the top layer.
