PO picks my next cell phone

I have had the same cell phone for the last 4 years. I was the owner of one of LGs first cell phones the LG 1010.

It has been a good phone it’s feature include:
1. Mono color screen in a vibrant green background. Sometimes the screen will go out as an added feature. A quick twist of the screen will bring it to full glorious “color”.
2. Battery meter that actually counts down the number of minutes you talk. You loose one of the 5 battery bars for every minute you talk.
3. Auditory signal loss/establishment notification. So you(and everyone around you) know when you loose signal and gain it back.
4. 10 dependable ring tones. You know they are there because you cannot add or remove any of them.
5. Anti-hacking technology. You never have to worry about someone mucking with your phone because there is no way to even LG to upgrade the firmware.
6. Ultra high stability. It only freezes once a week.
7. Games. You can choose from Blackjack and a helicopter game. What more can you ask for?
8. Realistic battle scars. “I got this dent my last trip to Florida. Ah the memories.”

It has been a good phone. I broke my palm the first week I got it but this phone has lasted 4 years.
Now I have the option to get a $150 credit for the purchase of a new phone.

I am looking at the PM-325, a slide, and PM-225, a flip.

I viewed the phone as a utility item. I probably will not use all of the featured offered but if it is free….

Get the slide... why? B/c it's bluetooth enabled and you can get a good wireless headset for it.

Ah ha.. total vote 1.. Why because it slides and you can put "It puts the lotion on its skin... or else it gets the hose again" as the sound whenever you take a picture using it Razz

I like the way the slide looks however I dunno how much I feel about the slide. Bluetooth would be nice if it didn't get hacked so easily. Wink

Right but the one for his phone only works up to ~10 meters. (click Buy Accessories and look for the bluetooth stuff). So they would have to be ontop of you almost to hack you. And that's just the only one that said something. I bet the others are even less.

Which I guess is possible if they are walking behind you, but for me, the convenience is worth the risk.

Just don't talk dirty to your significant other while on the headset. Laughing

I probably will not use it anyway. I would have to buy the headset and then I could not show off the slide feature.

But they are both free.
And if I do got the slide can I download things to my phone from the PC?
