hai soso.
He's right you take screen shots, and if you have an animation program you just string them together in the order you want, modify the shot speed (shot speed = the rate of speed the images will switch to the next)
and add your mp3 or music file. at the end and record it on disc, with a burner. |

Okay, this is what I do. I've got a program called FRAPS that I can take video captures of any game I'm running at the moment.

Then, get Service Pack 2 for Windows XP, and it comes with a free program called Windows Movie Maker. It's pretty easy to use, has nice lil effects and whatnot.
