And so started the "Cute Colossal Coalition." Over the next several weeks, the two worked on doing combo moves together and special moves. As well as had a lot of "fun." 
The formed a bond that linked them together. Although they didn't travel EVERYWHERE together. This bond made them unknowingly go to the other when he/she was in trouble.
They were not sure how this bond came to be. It could be all of the Peppermint Patty shots they shared together.
