Console sales plunge in 2004

They mention now PS2 sales are down... but they also state the fact that they have the furthest to fall.

I mean honestly... there is already a ps2 console sitting in around 80Million Homes. Most of the people that want one probably already have one.

They mention that the new Xbox should be out late next year. I'm interested to see what Microsoft will do when the Cell processor is uncovered in Feb. Although the "experts" say that Sony will probably remain the leader and dominate in the next Gen with Nintendo and Microsoft fighting for second place.
