Well as long as it plays like the other DDR we know and love it shouldn't be too much of a bad thing. Maybe we should call it DDR with Mario Flavor. |

I just don't want to buy more pads. I got the good foammy ones right now. They need like a converter or something so you can use all pads on all systems. |

Well they do have those ps2/GCN converter adaptors. It should work on the dance pad theoretically. It looks like a fun game. I never owned any of the DDR games before I might take a look at this one though. It has minigames ^^ |

I played a DDR at animeFest in 2002 that had nothign but bad ass hot dance remixees of old school anime, NES, and Sega games. They ran it on a PC and had hardpads wired into it. Ive spent hours looking for that DDR since then, but Ive never foudn it. It must be stupid ultra rare, thats all I have to say. |

Should be interesting to see what sort of songs go with this release - I wonder if we can do the invincible star-step... hehe.
Dai, that mix you played was probably someone using a program like Stepmania or Dance With Intensity. If they had the right skinning and such, you might not have noticed it. So you might be able to get that DDR, you just have to look in the right place... |

I auditioned to have my own DDR game, but Konami turned me down. The idea of a single pad for someone to stand on like a brick would ''not appeal to mainstream gamers, hardcore gamers or in fact any sane human being who knows what fun is'' said a Konami judge.
