I have tha line so much but this afternoon Kiyomi deserved to say it.

Yesterday afternoon i slipped and fell on the ice. My neck was sore and so was my arm but i thought nothing of it. well after i got home from work i discovered when I lay down that i cannot lift my head at all becuase my neck wouldn't support it. Well she had mentioned a few times that maybe i should visit the ER but i didn't.

today I went to the doctor and the diagnosis was Acute Torticallus with a vertical tear in the sternomastoid. For those of you who didn't follow I'll explain. I have an inflammation of the sterno mastoid muscles. Those are the muscles right next to your wind pipe right about your shoulder in the front of your neck. Further more, the left muscle has a two inch vertical tear in it which if it doens't show progress by Friday i heard the word surgical consult.

well here's to you kiyomi...and thanks for not saying told ya so even though you so richly deserved it.

Oh and she is taking wonderful care of me Smile

can i operate on you? i'm telling you, almost 37% of my patients live through my surgeries. and furthermore, i've only dropped junior mints into 60 people. aaaand i sometimes even sterilize my instruments!

Hopefully this doesn't spoil any "extra-curricular" activities that you've planned *wink wink*, but believe it or not, I had the same thing, with out the tear. Basically, my neck was dislocated, it literally looked like my head was sitting on my left shoulder, which on second thought, looked cool as hell. lol

I doubt it does spoil any extra curricular activities he could have planned. Hope you get better homey. At least now you'll have more time to monitor my stuff.

One would know it could definitely spoil a lot of "extra-curricular" activities, if one only actually knows what these are. There is a reason for the quotation marks around "extra-curricular".

Tenshiai, Excel's been pretty good about listening to me, but he did go out and shovel the snow today instead of letting me do it. *Glares* Today he seems to be doing somewhat better, which is good because as long as he keeps showing progress, he can avoid the steroid shots and the surgery.
